About Us
Texas Dream Chasers based out of Katy, TX was established in 2025 by Director Ryan Raddle, who brings over 15 years of experience in grassroots basketball as a coach, trainer, evaluator, and program builder. The program was created to provide a development-first environment where young athletes can learn the game the right way and grow with confidence.
Texas Dream Chasers began with a 2033 Boys team and a 2035 Girls team, laying the foundation for a culture rooted in fundamentals, accountability, and long-term player development. From day one, the focus has been on teaching basketball IQ, skill development, and competitive habits that translate beyond youth basketball.
As the program continues to grow, Texas Dream Chasers will be looking to add additional teams and coaches in 2026, expanding opportunities while maintaining the same standards, structure, and commitment to development that the program was built on.
